Is the handbook suitable for a first baby?

Yes. It's written specifically for parents weaning for the first time. No prior knowledge is needed - you start from page one and work through it step by step.

Each stage is explained in plain language, with concrete examples of what to offer your baby, when and in what amount.

When should I start weaning?

Most babies are ready around six months, but the signs of readiness matter more than the date - your baby should be able to sit steadily with support, have lost the tongue-thrust reflex, and be reaching for food. The Handbook walks you through each of these.

If your baby was born prematurely or has an allergy or reflux, check the timing with your paediatrician.

BLW or purees?

The Handbook doesn't choose for you. It explains both approaches - baby-led weaning (BLW) and parent-led weaning - and covers the combined method that works for most families.

Which foods are allergens?

The Handbook includes the introduction sequence and a table for logging every new food, so if there's a reaction, you'll know straight away what caused it.

If there's a family history of allergies or you suspect a reaction, check with your paediatrician before introducing new foods.

Are the books printed or digital?

Both. Most handbooks and journals are delivered in print, and some titles also come as a PDF edition, which you receive immediately after ordering.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes. We pack orders so they are ready to give as a gift, and we add a little surprise to most orders.

Do you offer a discount on multiple products?

When will I receive my order?

We deliver with Speedy and BoxNow across Bulgaria. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days when the product is in stock.

If anything is delayed or out of stock, we'll get in touch with you.

How much does delivery cost?

To an address - €4.49. To a Speedy office or automatic postal station - €3.98. To a BoxNow locker - €2.49.

Free delivery on orders over 30 €.

Which courier do you deliver with?

With Speedy and with BoxNow. You choose whichever suits you at checkout - to an address, to an office or to a locker.

Do you deliver outside Bulgaria?

For now we only deliver within Bulgaria. If you are abroad, message us and we will look for a solution.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. As soon as we hand it to the courier, you will get an email with the tracking number.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is our most popular payment method - you pay the courier when your order arrives. We also accept card payments.

Which cards do you accept?

We accept payment by debit and credit card. Payment is processed by the bank, and your card details are never stored with us.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. If you need an invoice, add your company details in the order note and we will issue one.

Can I return a product?

Yes. If the packaging is undamaged, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a cancellation, exchange or complaint - email us at info@otmamazamami.com or call +359 876 538 985.

What if the product arrives damaged?

Take a photo of the parcel and message us the same day. We replace a damaged product at our own expense.

Can I exchange a product for another one?

Yes, within 14 days and with the packaging intact. Email us at info@otmamazamami.com to tell us which product you would like instead and we will arrange the exchange.

Can PDF editions be returned?

The PDF edition is delivered immediately after payment and is therefore not eligible for return. If the file will not open or you receive the wrong title, message us and we will fix it straight away.
