What age is the product suitable for?

Every product carries an age label - 0-1, 1-3 or 3+ years. Many titles suit more than one stage.

If you are not sure, message us and we will help you choose.

Are the books printed or digital?

They are printed. „Weaning for a Healthy and Happy Super Baby“, „103 Recipes for Super Baby“ and the „Food Journal for Super Baby“ are physical paperback books. They have no PDF versions.

Our weaning kit also includes extra materials in PDF.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes. We pack orders so they are ready to give as a gift.

Do you offer a discount on multiple products?

Yes. Bundles work out cheaper than buying the same products separately - see "Combine and save" above.

When will I receive my order?

We deliver with Speedy and BoxNow across Bulgaria. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days when the product is in stock.

If anything is delayed or out of stock, we'll get in touch with you.

How much does delivery cost?

To an address - €4.49. To a Speedy office or automatic postal station - €3.98. To a BoxNow locker - €2.49.

Free delivery on orders over 30 €.

Which courier do you deliver with?

With Speedy and with BoxNow. You choose whichever suits you at checkout - to an address, to an office or to a locker.

Do you deliver outside Bulgaria?

For now we only deliver within Bulgaria. If you are abroad, message us and we will look for a solution.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. As soon as we hand it to the courier, you will get an email with the tracking number.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is our most popular payment method - you pay the courier when your order arrives. We also accept card payments.

Which cards do you accept?

We accept payment by debit and credit card. Payment is processed by the bank, and your card details are never stored with us.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. If you need an invoice, add your company details in the order note and we will issue one.

Can I return a product?

Yes. If the packaging is undamaged, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a cancellation, exchange or complaint - email us at info@otmamazamami.com or call +359 876 190 660.

What if the product arrives damaged?

Take a photo of the parcel and message us the same day. We replace a damaged product at our own expense.

Can I exchange a product for another one?

Yes, within 14 days and with the packaging intact. Email us at info@otmamazamami.com to tell us which product you would like instead and we will arrange the exchange.
